How to Update Stock in Bulk in Shopify
This function allows you to update your stock levels for specific styles on your website. Once changing the stock within the system, the stock should synch instantly.
Below steps walk you through how to flush through inventory to your website after you have adjusted stock or have committed a stock take. Otherwise, you can wait until the 2am inventory synch which should push everything across to Shopify.

Steps to follow:
1. Select Website Updater 2025
2. A pop up screen will appear, please select the website you need to update.
Search your products that you want to update in the most relevant way that works for you. Below are a few options:
Click the SEARCH ALL tab at the topSearching by List
Select the list you are working on the drop down here.
All your relevant products should appear here:
Searching by Collection/Line
For example, click S26 if this is the current collection you are working on.
Search by PO# or Warehouse Dates
Enter your PO# such as 10752 and your relevant styles will appear
Click Export to Shopify on the footer
Click Select the specific data to update on existing products
Click Inventory Levels (this will just update the inventory ONLY)
A below pop up will appear showing you the status. Once completed should read DONE
Stock should be updated pretty immediately please check shopify to see the changes made. If the stock is NOT reflected on the front-end of your website check with your website developer as your Shopify template might have some delays.
