Return Magic Integration

This section will show you the Return Magic Integration Flow.

1. Cron job gets orders from Return Magic with the status APPROVED. The cron job runs every day every 12 midnight

2. The orders fetched from Returns Magic will then have its equivalent RA on Indigo8.

   1. REF fields refers to the Shopify Order Number

   2. Each style will contain the reason for return/refund

   3. General Comments contains

      1. Shopify Order No

      2. Returns Magic Return No

      3. Return option selected by customer

3. Upon generating Credit Notes on the RA’s on Glass. The equivalent entry of it (determined by the Returns Magic Return No) should have changed the status from APPROVED into CONTROLLED. Note that we cannot changed the status into “REFUNDED” because of API Limitations
