General

  • Amazing speed increases in the following sections: Product Search (PC ONLY), Bulk Pricing (PC ONLY), Barcodes (PC ONLY), Sales Search, Purchase Order, Receive (Within Bulk Purchase Order), Advanced Reporting, Website Updater 2025

  • On MAC - If you are running Tahoe OS operating system many bug fixes have been put in so the usability has been improved. If you are still finding issues please let us know.

  • PC JOOR updates - MAC TO BE DONE SOON.

    • Complete reskin look and feel of this module

    • Biggest change here is loading the images here. If you are uploading images on the web tab, all the images will appear in the JOOR screen & vice versa.

    • If you want to filter out which warehouses you want on this screen. For example if you have multiple warehouses synching to Joor, you can filter here by line and should bring back all the styles with 1 > inventory

    • IMPORTANT: If you have over 100 styles in your collection, you will need to export this per page. We did this increase speed of images loading here.

    • Export status here on the right to let you know if product has been exported. Error message will display regarding the problem.

    Can also import these tags using style importer.

  • Ability to save products tags that filter through to Indigo8 Advanced Reporting (CORE, REPLEN, RECALL). Simply click on the tag name to open that in advanced reporting.

  • Simplified adding styles to multi lines. Simply tick / untick the style collections you want the style to be in/removed from. Hit SAVE once done.
    Previously this used to be 2 seperate buttons which caused confusion.

Sales

  • Ability to search CLICK AND COLLECTION orders quickly via Sales > Advanced Search

    Reskinned the JOOR intergration.

    Cleaned up the options so you can update based on specific options. Previously, there was only 1 update option to update the style information.

    Also added the ability to search your styles which have available inventory.

    For JOOR, (using the screenshot below) there are 2 connected warehouses so you can simply search this way and only items with AVAILABLE inventory will appear on the search result. This will help in exporting the initial inventory across to JOOR.

    Added the ability to push through the colour code across from the style into the below field.

Product Search Style Importer

Ability to import PACK styles checkbox. Also have the ability to import the pack ratio’s.

Ability to import into a MULTI-LINE. Just need the MAIN LINE name comma separated.

Ability to import and move styles into a multiline while creating new styles also. Previously, you would have to remove the existing styles off your file and then import the excel.

Web Pick & Pack

Pre-order tagging - When checking in a pre-order item the linked sales orders will now be tagged as pre-order.

The additional tagging allows you to either focus on picking these orders or to exclude them from your picks should you want to prioritise picking and packing new order.

Scan packaging type - When packing an order on the Web Pack & Pack For Packing tab functionality has been added to allow you to select packaging by scanning a QR code before your label is printed.

This functionality can be turned on or off as required.

Consolidated Commercial invoice - When shipping overseas there may be instances where a consolidated commercial invoice is required.

Functionality has been added to the Packed tab to allow you to generate this.

To do this select the required sales orders and then press Consolidated Commercial Invoice.

Export cost per item to Shopify
Currently the cost per item will export to Shopify when you export the product to Shopify for the first time. The new export setting allows you to update the cost price on items if it’s changed, or the prices were not exported previously and the existing styles need updating.
