Indigo8 will insert your APPROVED ReturnGO RA’s into your system

You can search for your ReturnGO RA in Indigo8 by the ReturnGO #

You can also search via the original Shopify Order #

You can also view all your ACTIVE ReturnGO RA’s using advanced search

Your RA will look like this in Indigo8

When your return has been processed in Indigo8, we will update the status of the Return in your ReturnGO admin to ‘Shipment Received’. You can then proceed to process the return for your customer in ReturnGO

Item Validation in ReturnGo portal

There will be a note on the Return Go portal to indicate how many items were returned

Note: The Restock event defaults to ‘no’ as the restocking will be prompted from the I8 inventory integration when the item is receipted into the warehouse.

If you have auto-processing turned on based on validation, orders with ALL items returned will auto-process. If the return is only partially receipted in, they will sit in ‘Shipment Received’ status for manual processing.


How to process your Returns in Indigo8


Pick and Pack App:
You can search your returns in the Ipad screen by the ReturnGO return number or the original Shopify order number. Then follow these steps to process the return and return the inventory and assign the bin locations.

3PL integration:
Please check with Indigo8 to see if you 3PL Integration supports returns
When the return is created in Indigo8 we will send the RA files to your 3PL once a day
Your 3PL will process the return on their end and pass us back a file to confirm the RA is complete.
At this point the return will be closed in I8 and returned to the I8 warehouse inventory.
The return will appear on the Shipment Received tab in ReturnGO for you to process in ReturnGO admin
