The Returns tab is used when you need to process a return received from your customers.

Stock can be received back into your inventory and the customers return closed off.

To speed up your returns process its is recommended that am integration with a returns app is setup.

Suggested returns apps and flows are:

ReturnsGo

• Returns Logged by customer

• Returns is created in ReturnsGo

• RA is created in Indigo8

• Returns Parcel received

• Return process using the iOS app - This adds the item to a bin and processes the credit in Indigo8.

• Return status in ReturnsGo is automatically set to RECEIVED

• Process the credit or refund within ReturnGo

LOOP

• Returns Logged by customer

• Returns is created in LOOP

• RA is created in Indigo8

• Returns Parcel received

• Credit or refund processing in Loop

• Return process using the iOS app - This adds the item to a bin and processes the credit in Indigo8.
