Packed

The Packed shows all orders which have been packed.

This tab is used for manifest creation, completing click and collect orders, adding the tracking number to orders, processing invoices and fulfilling orders in Shopify.

You can search for orders here based on:

Site - Website the order was placed on
Customer - The customer who placed the order
Order number - Indigo8 or Shopify order number
Integration - The TMS used
Courier - The courier used

At an order level you can see all of the important details, a tick in either the Manifest field shows that your courier has received the manifest and a tick in the fulfilment field shows that the order has been fulfilled in Shopify.

Automation

The processes carried out on the Packed tab can all be automated.

Tracking and courier – If you have made changes to the tracking of an order within Starshipit this will be updated for you.
Automated order fulfilment – Customers will be notified that their order is on its way as soon as it is packed and there is a tracking number and courier available.
Automated manifesting – Manifests can be scheduled and generated at the end of day.
Automated invoicing – All invoicing can be set to happen out of hours so you no longer need to do this as part of your end of day.
