Use Sales Order shipping address

During pick and packing, the default address would be retrieved from the contact information. There is a chance that this may be updated when the same customer placed an order with a different shipping destination.

To ensure a shipment goes to the correct destination as per shopify delivery address (instead of the updated address), Indigo8 stores the shipping address on the sales order level.

To enable the Shipping Address button in the Sales order screen, you will need to enable this in the setting screen.

 

To use the Sales Order Address during packing stage, you will need to enable the setting below.

Note that when you have enabled this setting, you will need to amend customer address on the Sales order instead of the Contact screen if there is any wrong address detected.
