Advanced Reporting: Intake

The below report outlines how much stock you have/how much you have sold from the previous quater vs the quater you are in now - basically an aging stock report.

If you have older stock, you can automatically mark them down on this report.

Steps to guide you through:

1. Click on the summary box here to see the break down of the % of aging stock.
   This breakdown tells you automatically how much of your stock is old: 60, 90, 120 day in % or by QTY.
   
   

2. Once selected, the information should change on the bottom left corner:

3. Click on the relevant DAYS needed and the below section will change.

   The below outlines stock that is 91 - 120 days old. It also breaks down the cost on hand, retail value and revised margin here.

   Click the button here that says OPEN BULK PRICING, and it will take you to the pricing screen were you can adjust your sales prices.
