Advanced Reporting: Top Customers

This report highlights the customers who placed the highest number of orders during the selected time period.

Use the following steps to work through the report.

On initial load, this will display the top 10 customers with the highest number of orders during the selected period, along with their shipping destinations.

To view the order date of the customer, simply click on the Sales Timeline on the right side - you can observe how customer orders are distributed across different dates.

To view a customer’s order details, simply click the DETAIL button. This will display all relevant order information.

You can filter customer details using the following options too:

The upper box filters customers based on their country - Also shows the total percentage of how many customers from that country ordered
The lower box allows you to set how many top customers are displayed on the screen (e.g., top 100).

We can also download the result by clicking the download excel button beside the date
