An Inventory Exporter is a tool or feature that allows users to export inventory data into a structured format, such as CSV, Excel. This functionality is useful for reporting, analysis, and record-keeping. Users can typically filter the exported data based on specific criteria like product category, stock levels, or supplier,

 

  1. Go to warehouse menu

  1. On the upper right corner of glass click on the burger and select reports > click inventory exporter

  1. once the inventory exporter is clicked a pop up will show

  • You need to select the warehouse from which you want to export the data.

  • Drag the item fields to the right for the data you want to export

  • You can search specific fields and this will display fields that match the words you entered

  • If you're unsure about a field's purpose, hover your mouse over the "i" icon to view a short description.

  • You can also choose which trading entity to show on the prices

  • Or choose whether to consolidate the items by choosing one on the consolidate dropdowns

  1. Once everything is set up > click the EXPORT button
