Advance Reporting: Store Performance

This report provides a summary of key performance metrics for the store, including sales, returns and inventory, to evaluate overall operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

 

We will walk you through each part of the report as guided by the steps below:

 

  1. Go to Advance reporting menu

 

  1. Click the burger menu at the top left > select Store performance

 

  1. At the top screen, you’ll find search options that let you choose how you want the data to load. You can select a specific date range using the 'Period' dropdown, and you can also filter the results by selecting which store(s) you want to include on the results page

 

  1. On the upper left screen you will see the summary of the sales report 

 

Sales - total sales ex tax - total sales on the said period for selected stores

Returns - total returns ex tax - total returns on the said period for selected stores

Extras - Total extra charge ex tax

Net - Total sales - returns + extras - Sold items on the said period and store minus the returns

 

Store target - inputted by user

Avg Trans $ - Average sold for the said period

Units per Trans - average units sold for the said period

Return rate % - The percentage of sold items (by value) that customers have returned.

Example: If you sold $1,000 worth of items and $100 was returned, your return rate is 10%.

% St at Cost - How much of your stock (in value) has been sold so far. It compares what you’ve sold to what you had available to sell. Higher % means more stock has been sold, lower % means more is still sitting in the store.

 

LY - Last year same period

Var% - the difference between Period and LY 

 

Units Stock- The total number of items available in all selected stores for date selected

Units in Transit- Total Current Incoming Stocks via Transfer on the selected stores/location

Weeks of Cover (Wks Cover)- How many weeks your current stock can last if sales continue at the same pace as the last 7 days.

Example: If you're selling $500 worth of goods each week and you have $1,000 worth in stock, you have 2 weeks of cover.

 

4a. These are the top customer on that period with the summary of their transactions

4b. Same with the Staff these will show all top staff and the summary of their sales

ATV = Average Transaction Value 

UPT = Unit Per Transaction

4c. Last box at the left is breakdown by category

WC - Weeks cover

  1. Top styles will show at the right including the below information
