Advanced Reporting: Sales V Invoiced

The Sales vs Invoiced Report in Advanced Reporting is used to compare the total sales orders placed against the actual invoiced amounts within a selected period.

It helps you:

  • Track fulfillment by seeing how much of the ordered value has been invoiced.

  • Identify delays or gaps between sales and invoicing.

  • Analyze performance across products, customers, or timeframes.

  1. To use this report, navigate to the Advanced Reporting page.

  1. On the Advanced Reporting screen, then choose DASHBOARD

  1. Navigate to the Wholesale Reports tab then to the Sales V Invoiced tab

  1. You may filter your report based on the following:

    1. Sales Order’s Creation Date, Ship Date or In-Store Date

    2. Period (ie: Sales Orders from Last Week or Last Month)

      The From and To Date will vary on the Period you selected.

    3. By Sales Order’s: Customers, Region, Country or Department - Category - Subcategory

    4. Then you may choose which Metrics or columns you need to see for the report

    5. Then you may choose to compare Sales V Invoiced for the past weeks (up to the past 12 months)

Previous 1 =compares the current week’s sales and invoices against the last months’ data

Previous 2 = compares sales and invoices against the past 2 months’ data

Previous 3 = compares sales and invoices against the past 3 months’ data

Previous 4 =compares sales and invoices against the past 4 months’ data

Previous 5 = compares sales and invoices against the past 5 months’ data

Previous 6 = compares sales and invoices against the past 6 month’s data

Previous 7 = compares sales and invoices against the past 7 months’ data

Previous 8 = compares sales and invoices against the past 8 months’ data

Previous 9 = compares sales and invoices against the past 9 months’ data

Previous 10 =compares sales and invoices against the past 10 months’ data

Previous 11 =compares sales and invoices against the past 11 months’ data

Previous 12 =compares sales and invoices against the past 12 months’ data
