Advanced Reporting: Wholesale Reports Invoiced Summary

The Wholesale Invoiced Summary Report provides a consolidated overview of all wholesale invoices issued within a specific period. It includes key details, customer names,quantities sold and average values sold.

 

To help you go through the report, see below informations

 

  1. Go to Advanced report menu

  1. Click on the Wholesale reports tab

  1. On the header you will the search criteria that you can choose from on how you want the data to show

  • Period - click on the dropdown and you can choose the date range that you want to show on the screen

  • Line - style lines to filter the data

  • Division - style division 

  • Consolidated by - there are options to choose if you want the result to show consolidated by customer, division or category

  • Show Budget - To show the budget var and budget variance column

  • Download excel - to download the result in an excel file

Please note that ALL values are converted to AUD

 

  1. Once you have selected your preferred search criteria > just click search and it will show the result below

 

SALES VALUE - A breakdown showing how much revenue each customer or product line sold

  • TY $ Sales - This year sales

  • LY $ Sales - Last year Sales

  • VAR- Variance (This year sales - Last year sales)

  • Budget - pulling from the  store target screen

  • Budget Var - (Budget - this year sales)

  • TY COGS - This year Cogs

  • LY COGS - Last year COGS

 

GROSS PROFIT -is the amount a business earns after subtracting the cost of goods sold (COGS) from its revenue. 

  • TY GP SALES - This year gross profit sales

  • LY GP SALES - Last year gross profit sales (sales - cogs)

  • VAR - Variance (LY GP Sales - TY GP Sales)

  • Plan GP Sales- pulled from the store target screen

  • Var - Variance (Plan GP sales - TY GP Sales)

  • TY GP % - This year gross profit % ((sales - cogs)/sales))x100

  • LY GP % - Last year gross profit %

 

SALES UNITS - Showing all units sold for specific date period

  • TY UNITS - This year units 

  • LY UNITS - Last year units

  • Var units - Variance units (Ty units - ly units)

  • BUDGET - pulled from store target screen

  • BUDGET var - budget variance (budget - TY units)

 

AVERAGES- Average value for the said period

  • TY AVG WS - This year average wholesale (Sales / Units)

  • LY AVD WS - Last year average Wholesale

  • TY AVG Cost - This year average cost (COGS / Units)

  • LY AVG Cost - LY Avg cost
