Advanced Reporting: Returns
This report shows the number of returns made each month over the past 12-month period.
The following information is provided to assist you through the process.
Go to Advanced Reporting menu
Click the Returns tab
There is an option on the left side if either to show WEB or POS or both returns > then click search
Once you have the results for all WEB RAs, the image below will appear. Click on the month for which you want to view the data.
-In this case, we want to check all returns for all WEB RAs for the month of June 2024.
On the left pane it display all the return reason for month of Jun 2025 including all QTY for specific reason, percentage of how many were returned
If you want to show styles returned for specific reason > just need to click the STYLES and it will show styles for that return reason

You can also use the consolidate by style description and not breakdown the style to color
