Advanced Reporting: The Hundred Report

The below report will allow you to search the best performing styles in the business. I

  • Allows you to re-order core products

  • Predicts when stock will sell out and how much to purchase

Steps to guide you through:

  1. Go to Advanced Reporting

  1. Select DASHBOARD and then select The Hundred (far right).

    Hit Search at the top of the screen to see more information

    You can play around with the filters at the top of the screen to get the data that you need.

    The filters are:

    1. Period = lots of different options, such as: Last Month, Week to Date, This Week, This Month

    2. From = can enter your specified dates

    3. Department = Level 1 Category assigned to your products such as APPAREL or ACCESSORIES

    4. Product Group = Level 2 Category assigned to your products such as DRESS, TOPS, BOTTOMS,

    5. Category = Level 3 Category assigned to your products such as MINI DRESS, MAXI DRESS

    6. Division = The different brands assigned to a product

    7. Style No = enter the style number/name to search something specific

    8. Show Top/Bottom 100, 200, 300 Styles = Based on Highest Total Sales

    9. Type

      1. Std - Ind = Wholesale Indent Sales

      2. Std - Stk = Wholesale Stock Sales

      3. Web - Online Orders

      4. POS - Point of Sales / Retail Sales

  1. Once the data has loaded, use the below data to allow you to analyse your styles:

    Fields explained:

    1. MDP - Mark down price which is the SALE PRICE such as $189.

    2. L3W - Last 3 weeks sale. This fields works left to right
      For example, on week 1 you sold only 1 unit, week 2 you sold 9 units and week 3 you sold 20 units.
      Also, it can mean you sold 5 units in Week 1 and then 12 units in Week 3.

    3. Margin - This is a calculated field which is Total Sold - Cogs (buy price) = Margin

    4. Avail - Current Available Inventory

    5. OO - On Order Purchase Order Quantity

    6. WOS - Weeks on Sale which is from the first date the style had a retail/web order

    7. Exit - Exit Date. This is the date held against the product for when slow-moving styles will expect to leave the business.

    8. Sell Out Date - Predicted sell out date with the current available inventory

    9. Score - High score = Selling well. 5 being excellent, 1 being bad

    10. ST% = Sell Through %


  2. Click on the style number on the right to see more information on the right hand side.
    This will break down the style information in more detail.

    Actionable Points Here
    Tick the below options accordingly. Each checkbox performs its own action.

    1. Core - Use this option to search core styles so it’s easier to search in the CORE-RE ORDER REPORT (read below for more info)

    2. Reorder - Use this if this product is re-ordered

    3. Recall Consol. - Use this option if a least selling style isn’t selling, you can then transfer that stock to an outlet store

    4. Reprice - Use this option if you need to markdown a series of products

    5. Replen - Use this option if this is used for auto replenishment


  3. Once you have ticked the relevant options please click the CORE / RE-ORDER report.
    This particular report will help you analyse what you need to re-order.

    Hit search once you’re here to see the data appear.

    Anything that appears on this screen was tagged as Core and Re-Order on the previous Hundred Report.



    Fields Explained:

    1. LT - Lead Time which is how long it takes to ship it to your main warehouse (in weeks). You can enter this in by clicking into the LT section per style OTHERWISE if you don’t enter this in - it will grab the LAST PO created date. Number of weeks the LAST PO was created & arrived.

    2. OO - On Order which is the Active Purchase Order Qty

    3. OO Due - When the PO is expected to arrive

    4. OO Sell out - Expected sell out date referring to the ordered qty

    5. AWS - Average Week Sold (Average quantity for the 4-6 weeks). If this is blank, means there isn't sales data to report on.

    6. Order by - Suggested Order By Date for that Style so ensure you have continuous stock

    7. WC - Weeks Cover/ Calculated number until your stock runs out

    8. Reorder = Suggested re-order PO quantity

    9. Tentative = Suggested tentative PO quantity. Not active yet - need to generate it/approve it.

  4. If you look at the far right fields you will see the predicted re-order quantity.

    You can click into it and make your changes if needed:

    Then tick all the items and click Add to PO. When you do this it will create a purchase with the quantities on this screen. Once the PO is created you can adjust the quantities directly onto the PO if needed.

  5. To see what the AVERAGE WEEK SOLD is, just click into it per style and the below information will appear. It basically breaks down how much you need to re-order.

If you want to enter a date under How much stock do I need to last until - it will tell you how many units you will need to order in order it for to arrive on Feb 6th 2026.

Previous PO took 15 weeks based on the data that has been displayed previously.
