Transferring items to a Pre Order Warehouse from an SO

This function is useful when you have a large number of styles to add to you pre order warehouse .

Step-by-step guide

1. Click the Arrow and Select Sales

    

   Open

   

    

2. In the Sales Screen, Create an order by clicking the ‘New Indent Order’

    

   Open

   

    

3. Add your customer name and items to a Sales Order and Save the Draft.

4. Click the TRANSFER PREORDER button.

5. In the pop-up, your Preorder warehouses will automatically load into the ‘Add to’ field, Select which Warehouse you would like to transfer to.

6. Using the checkboxes, select the styles you want to transfer, and click the ADD STYLES button.

7. When the transfer is complete the pop-up message appear, click the OK button

    

Note: Checkboxes for styles that have already been transferred will be greyed out, and they cannot be transferred again.

Your inventory will now be added to the Warehouse

8. Once all styles on the SO have been transferred, you can Cancelled your SO and Save.
