How to Add a Style

  1. Select Inventory from the home screen and enter the POS pin.

  2. Once you’re on the Inventory screen select the Create New Product button in the top right corner and a pop up window will appear.

  3. From here you can begin populating each field with information about the product you are entering into the system. See details of each field below:

Style Number - This is the style number for your product
Description - This is the name of your product
Product Category Drop Down - Selecting this drop down allows you to choose from already exisiting product categories. Pressing the + next to the drop down field allows you to add a new product category.
Brand - If you have a sub brand or you stock other brands (converse, adidas) then you can select this from the drop down or press + to add in a new one.
Buy - This is the final landed cost of the garment (all the costs associated including freight to make the product)
Sell RRP - This is the retail price including tax
Discount - This if the garment has a discount against it such as 20% you can type 20 in that box and it will automatically apply a discount on the style.
Sale - This is the final discount price of the style. You would use this if you want to control the final sale cost.
Colour - You can add as many colours to the product as you require. Simply type in the colour and hit enter on your keyboard, it will then save it and you can either edit it by selecting the Edit Symbol or remove it by pressing the Cross. To add a new colour select +Add Another at the top right of the Colour heading.

Size - To add a size click where it says ‘Click Here to Add Sizes’, this allows you to choose the size range from your size drop down.

To change a size range before you generate a style select the small + in the top right of the size header.

  4. If the red warning appears on the Style Screen saying that you need to contact Head Office to generate barcodes then make sure you do that.

  5. If you don’t have that warning then you are able to generate barcodes for your style by selecting the Gen All button once you have entered in all of the above style information.

  6. Once all style information has been entered you can then select the Save button in the right hand corner.
