Creating a New Sale

  1. Click on Sales and enter your PIN. This PIN is the one you added in the POS/PIN on the Personnel details.

     

  2. To begin creating a sale you will need to add the customer name in the Customer Search and press Search. Once you have hit search a drop down will appear with all the customers matching the search criteria. Select the correct one.

  3. Next you will need to add the product to the sale. You have the option to add your product using the Barcode, Style ID or the Style Description.

Enter the product/s into the system. There are 2 methods for adding items to the Sales Screen.

Method 1:  Scan a product's barcode.

  1. Click inside the textbox next to Barcode dropdown.

  2. Use your barcode scanner to scan an item, or enter the GS1 codes of the item manually, press Enter key.

 

  1. The item will appear in the current transaction, with the quantity.

 

The quantity will be based on how many times you scan the barcode or press the Enter Key.

 

 

  1. You can change the number of ordered quantities of the item, just click the textbox with quantity and it will show the on-screen number keypads, and select a quantity.

 

 

Method 2:  Manually Enter Product Information

  1. Select how you wish to manually enter information about the item being sold from the dropdown list.

  • Style ID – is the style code of your style item

  • Style Description – this is the description of your style item

 

  1. Use the

on-screen keyboard to enter the product code manually and click Search.

 

  1. The screen with the result item will show, you can choose the size you want to include in your sales.

 

  1. It will automatically populate the item with the ordered size on the Sales Screen.

 

  1. Once satisfied with the order, proceed to payment.
