13 - Invalid Amount
This error may occur when attempting to issue a refund back to a card

Resolution: Contact Tyro, there is an unmatched card setting not activated on the terminal.

This error may occur when setting up a new terminal for the first time.
eg.
Resolution: Contact Windcave to configure terminal. It is possible there is a keypad error.
- USER ERROR
There is an error when processing a sale on the Windcave Terminal
eg.
Resolution: Details need to be entered on each iPad/Device. Try entering the login credentials in the iPad again, unticking the integration button, save, re-tick the integration setting and save.
