POS Checklist

General

• Will you be using IPAD or PC for the POS?

• How many IPADs/ PCs will you be using the POS on?

• Will you have any extra charges needed in the system? (Usually no)

Receipts

• Logo to appear at the top of receipts dimension should be 245 X 122 pixels, format is JPG

• POS Terms and Conditions to be printed on the receipt.

For example:

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of your original purchase to return the item (except for any item which was purchased on sale) for a refund, exchange of a different size, colour, style or a store credit note as long as it is returned in saleable condition with proof of purchase. All returned items must be in saleable condition, which means they must be unworn with all original tags attached. No exceptions.

• FROM Email address that email receipts are sent from.
  For example: hello@indigo8-soltions.com

• Currently the e-receipts are going to spam, so we need you to ask your IT company to add the below IP address to your SPF records: 111.125.169.165

Staff logins

• A list of Staff that will be using the POS that include their first name and last name.

• Please specify who will need Manager Access.

Payment

• Card payment options aside from Credit Card

• If you’ll be issuing any surcharges for payment via card

• EFTPOS integrations, we can integrate with Tyro and Windcave or Linkly (PC ONLY).

Vouchers/ Credits

• If you’d like to set an expiry timeframe for Vouchers and/ or Credits

Returns

• Return Policy (this is displayed on the screen for every refund)

• Return Reasons, ie. Wrong size, Change of Mind, Faulty etc

• The number of days allowed for an Exchange and/or Refund

• If you’d like to allow exchanges or refunds if customer cannot provide a receipt
