How To Redeem A Gift Voucher

  1. Once you have entered a sale ready to use your voucher select the ‘Customer To Pay’ button.

     

  2. Select Voucher from the payment options

     

  3. If you already have a customer on your sale and that customer has vouchers under their name then they will automatically appear once voucher has been selected. From here you can simply click on the voucher that you wish to redeem.

     

  4. If you need to manually search for the voucher then click on the 3 lines and a drop down will appear that will allow you to search for the voucher number.

     

  5. If you click on a voucher linked to a customer then it will populate the voucher number and value. If you search for a voucher then you can enter the voucher number and select enter. Once you’re ready to redeem the voucher click the red Pay Now button.
