How To Receive A Transfer

  1. Once you have physically received your store transfer you will need to arrive the stock in. Click on the Inventory screen from the home page.

     

  2. Click on the Receive Transfers section from the top selection. This will then show all transfers waiting to be received.

     

  3. Transfers can be received by automatically or manually:

    Using Check in Auto
    - Using Check in Auto will check in all quantities of each style and colour on the transfer without any changes being made.
    - A pop up window will appear to let you know this will verify the whole delivery. You will just need to select yes if you wish to proceed.


    Using Check in Manual
    - Once you select Check in Manual it will open a new screen where you will need to enter the quantities of the styles and colours that you have received
    - You can either scan the products barcode into the Input: field or you can manually enter the quantities in the RCVD QTY text boxes


    - Once all the quantities have been entered in and you’re ready to confirm the transfer you can select the green Verify Quantity button down the bottom of the screen.
