Transfering items to a Pre Order Warehouse from an SO

This function is useful when you have a large number of styles to add to you pre order warehouse .

1. Add your items to a Sales Order and save the Draft.

2. Click the TRANSFER PREORDER button. Your Preorder warehouses will automatically load into the ‘Add to’ field, select which warehouse you would like to transfer to.

Using the checkboxes, select the styles you want to transfer, and click the ADD STYLES button.
Note: Checkboxes for styles that have already been transferred will be greyed out, and they cannot be transferred again.

Your inventory will now be added to the Warehouse

3. Once all styles on the SO have been transferred, you can cancel your SO
