Transferring styles to Pre Order Warehouse from a PO

This function allows you to transfer Pre order qtys to a pre order warehouse from a PO.

  1. Open the PO → Click REPORT → CUSTOM → Add to Pre-Order Warehouse

2. There will be a popup that lists the styles on the PO

  1. You can choose the PO or Pack List QTY
    Note: If the pack list qtys are filled in, Pack List Qty will be automatically selected but it can change it in the dropdown
    eg. PACK LIST QTY

  1. The pre-order warehouse can be selected here

Note: The Pre-order warehouse associated with the Warehouse on the PO will be automatically selected, but it can be changed in the dropdown.

  1. To add the stock to the pre-order warehouse, select the styles and click ADD STYLES

  1. A confirmation popup with display when the transfer is complete and the selected styles will be greyed out on the popup.

  2. The styles and qtys will be in the Pre-order warehouse
