Search Laybys, Vouchers, Customer Credits and Sales

Pret-a Pos allows you search for existing laybys, vouchers, customer credits and past sales.

Step-by-step guide

Searching Laybys

1. On the home screen, click on Layby then enter your pincode.
   
    
   
   
2. Enter in the search criteria.
   
    
   
   
3. Click Search.
    
4. Click on the Rec.# to retrieve that Layby.
    
5. Click on Close.

Searching Vouchers

1. On the home screen click on Cust Credit & Voucher
   
   
    
2. Click on Search for Existing Voucher
    
3. Enter in the search criteria
   
   
    
4. Click Search

Searching Customer Credits

1. Initiate a sale
    
2. Search for a customer
   
   
3. Click on an amount under the heading Vouch/Disc
    
4. Any Voucher or Customer Credits will then be displayed

Searching Sales

1. Click on one of the buttons at the top of the screen
   1. Last sale will retrieve the details of the last sale
   2. Search Sale will Search all POS transactions
      
      
       
2. Enter your passcode
    
3. Enter the search criteria, or use one of the quick searches:
   1. Last 5
   2. Today
   3. This Week
       
4. The searched for sale will then be displayed
