Split Payments

Paying with more than one payment method

  1. Click on Customer To Pay in the bottom right

  2. Pay an amount using one of the payment methods. In the example below I have selected Cash and paid $30

  3. You will be able to see that once you select Pay Now on the cash payment it will show that $30 has been paid in cash. You can then select another payment method, in this case the customer has selected to pay $10 on card. You will now be able to see all payments taken as well as the total value remaining.

  4. To pay the remaining $76.30 the customer has chosen to use part of the gift voucher they have on file. As the customer has a voucher against their name when Voucher is selected as payment you will be able to see the voucher number and value available. Click on the voucher to open it and finally select Pay Now (or type in the amount you wish to use)

  5. If you would like to view the transaction details you can always search for the sale and click on the green Paid value. This will then bring up all payments used to pay.
