How to create a new sale

You can add an item to a sale by using a barcode scanner to scan in the barcode or by typing in the style ID.
Step-by-step guide
Step 1
Click on Sales and enter your PIN.
This PIN is the one you added in the POS/PIN on the Personnel details.
Step 2
Add the Customer Name.
To search, add or modify a customer you can refer to this document Customer Information Instruction.
Step 3
Enter the product/s into the system. There are 2 methods for adding items to the Sales Screen.
Method 1: Scan a product's barcode.
Click inside the textbox next to Barcode dropdown.
Use your barcode scanner to scan an item, or enter the GS1 codes of the item manually, press Enter key.
3. The item will appear in the current transaction, with the quantity.
The quantity will be based on how many times you scan the barcode or press the Enter Key.
4. You can change the number of ordered quantities of the item, just click the textbox with quantity and it will show the on-screen number keypads, and select a quantity.
Method 2: Manually Enter Product Information
Select how you wish to manually enter information about the item being sold from the dropdown list.
Style ID – is the style code of your style item
Style Description – this is the description of your style item
2. Use the on-screen keyboard to enter the product code manually and click Search.
3. The screen with the result item will show, you can choose the size you want to include in your sales.
4. It will automatically populate the item with the ordered size on the Sales Screen.
5. Once satisfied with the order, proceed to payment.
