Return Magic Set Up

This section will outline how to set up your Return Magic Account with Indigo8 Solutions.

You need to have Returns Magic account and app installed on your Shopify Store.

 

  1. Indigo8 to request Returns Magic API Key from Returns Magic Support. The request is being done via email as of the moment so it is important to do this first as they usually respond the next day. The Support Email is support@returnmagic.com

  2. Once we have the API Key. Open the Glass and search for the website customer that is integrating with the Return Magic.

    1. Enter the Returns Magic API Key as per below.

    2. Press SAVE button

       

       

  3. Ask Indigo8 Devs to include the system on the Returns Magic Get Orders Cron.
