Editing Basic Product Information: Line Name, Division, Brand, Season, Size Range, and Category for Products

Here are the steps to update basic product information:
Go to the Products screen
Click on the burger menu to access the Product Settings options.
You'll see the Product Settings screen appear
Editing a Line Name
Click EDIT next to each line item. The textboxes on the left-hand side will become editable.
Click SAVE once you're done. Your changes will update immediately across the system
Editing/Adding a Category
Click ADD NEW PRODUCT CATEGORY at the top. This will create two (2) empty dropdowns for you to fill in.
Once done, click SAVE on the right-hand side.
The final result should look something like this:
To edit Level 1 Department, click EDIT on the first dropdown.
To edit Level 2 Product Group, click EDIT on the second dropdown.
To edit Level 3 Product Name, click on the EDIT—it will become editable.
Once you've made the changes, click SAVE to apply them.
Editing Divisions/Brands
To add a Division, click ADD NEW DIVISION at the top. A new line will appear at the bottom of the screen.
Once done, click SAVE, and the changes will update immediately.
To edit a Division, click EDIT on the line item, make your changes, then click SAVE.
The updates will apply immediately
Editing Size Range Name
Please note you will need to be an admin to do this
Click the Size Range Maint tab at the top.
Then, click ADD NEW SIZE RANGE to create a new size range
Enter the Size Range Name on the left-hand side (e.g., S-L).
Then, enter the variants (e.g., S, M, L).
Once done, click SAVE on the right-hand side.
Editing Size Range Variables per Trading Entity
Click Size Variables
Enter your size range on the drop down
Your Size Range will appear in the section below.
Enter the relevant options required for each trading entity as needed
Based on what you’ve entered above, the Size Range Names will appear in the red box below for your Sales Orders / Invoices.
