Product Glossary
Below defines all the fields held against a style.
A lot of the fields can be found in PRODUCTS > EDIT VISIBLE FIELDS.

Composition | The materials or ingredients that make up the product. | Important field used throughout the system:

Main Fabric | The primary material used in textile products. | Similar field as per above however this is the name given to the fabric.

Season | The time of year the product is designed for (e.g., Summer, Winter). |

Line Prefix | This is typically an abbreviation of a line name such as SS25, FW26. ( Red arrow below) |

Line Name | This is typically the line/collection name which can include the season & year also. |

Pattern # | A unique identifier for a product’s design. | A design or model number that the pattern maker uses to identify a pattern. Otherwise used as a secondary style code - typically a supplier would have their own dedicated style numbers. |
Style Comments | Notes regarding product details attached to certain styles | If you have special instruction or adjustment in the item, you can use this style comment fields |
Website Description | Product description that will be displayed on Shopify Website | A long description to describe the product typically used for Shopify/Iconic integrations. |
Website Image | Pictures of the product that appear on Shopify Site |

Care | Care code for your care instructions |

Weight | The mass of the product, often used for shipping purposes. | Important field use for couriers determining weight when using Shopify information, 3PL integration / Shipping integration like StarShipIt or Shippit |
Negotiated Buy Price | The agreed-upon purchase price between buyer and supplier | Can store up to 4 potential buy prices against a product. If there is a good price, you can COMMIT it and then it will update the BUY PRICE based on your selection. |
Del From / Del To | The delivery start and end dates for the product. |

Launch Date | The date the product becomes available for sale | Important to identify when a product will launch and be available in the store. |
Exit Date | The date when the product is discontinued or removed from sale. | Date when a designer’s collection is no longer available in stores or online, usually after the season has passed. For example, a Spring/Summer collection would "exit" as the Fall/Winter collection takes its place. |
Load Active PO# | The reference number of an active purchase order. | Shows all the active PO against a style. |

HS Codes | System codes used for product classification in international shipping |

Country of Origin | The country where the product was manufactured | Important to identify the origin of the product manufactured, usually use in labeling. |
