Box scan mode in +Bin tab

When you are adding inventory to your location in +Bin tab, you are able to scan the box number and the system would be able to load the items in the scanned box and add the inventory to the bin location. In order to do this, you would need to tell the system what is contained in each box.

To Import supplier packing list containing the box number:

1. open up the relevant PO

2. import supplier packing list

Sample excel template as per the following image. it needs to contain box number, GS1 and the quantity.

Open

Ensure that the Box import and GS1 check box is turned on.

Drag the Excel file to the import field then match them in the field matcher. then hit import.

once the file is imported, you would then be able to Scan the box number in the +BIN tab.

it will list all items in the box. you can then scan the bin location and apply.
