Pick Tab and Pack Tab (wholesale order picking)

Pick Tab

Pick tab is used to pick assigned wholesale orders. Check How to assign wholesale orders for picking.



Once orders are assigned, it will be loaded in the Pick Tab.

You are also able to see the pick sheet for different pickers by selecting the picker name under the “pick Sheet For” dropdown.



There are 2 ways to pick the assigned orders:

  1. Pick per order

To pick a single order, you will need to click on the order to show the styles to be picked in the allocated bin locations.



The orders can be picked normally same as how you pick Web orders. Once the orders is picked in full, you can press [Set Picked Qty as Pack Qty] button to mark the order as packed.





Once the orders is packed, you are able to invoice or create labels in the Dispatch tab in Glass.

 

 

  1. Pick sheet for multiple orders

To pick for Multiple orders, Press [Pick Sheet for These orders] button to show the styles to be picked in the allocated bin locations. You can select specific bin location that you want to pick from by selecting the Bin Zone button. Generally the pick system will be the same as Single pick method, by placing all orders in a single bin. Where the items then be separated accordingly during packing stage in Pack tab.

Once the styles are fully picked, you will continue packing the orders in Pack Tab

 

 

Pack Tab

This Tab is used when you have finish packing wholesale orders in Pick tab using “Pick sheet for multiple orders” method.

All the assigned orders  will be displayed on this screen. In the packing station you will have different boxes ready to insert items for specific orders. When the items is scanned, the corresponding order will be highlighted. In the below screenshot you will see Order 30761 is highlighted in orange. This means the product you just scanned will need to be placed in the corresponding box for order 30761. Once all the product picked for the order is fully packed, you can press the [Confirm Pack Qty] Green button. To mark the order as packed in Glass.
