Copy a Style

If you want to copy a style so it appears in two different lines, or if you need to duplicate a style while selecting specific details to copy, please follow the steps below.

1. Navigate to the Products screen

   Open

   

    

2. Use the search bar to find the style you want to copy
   
   

   Open

   

    

3. Right click on the style and select Copy Product from the menu
   
   

    

4. A new window will open, requiring you to fill out details for the copied style:

Style # - Must be different from the original style
Description - The name of the style
Customer - The purchaser of the product
Supplier - The provider of the product
Line - Choose whether the copies stay in the current line or move to a different one
Make Many Copies - Tick this box if you need multiple copies and enter the required quantity
Copy All - Selects all style information automatically, or you can manually choose which details to copy

2. Fill in the required fields, then click Copy to proceed

   
   
   

3. When your style is copied, a pop-up will appear as shown below
   
   

    

4. To confirm the copy was successful, check the line where you added it—the style should be there. Or, you may search by Style #
