Copy a Style

If you would like to copy a style so that it exists in two lines, or if you would like to make duplicates of a style and choose which parts to copy, please read the following article:

1. Begin on the Product Search screen
   
   

   Open

   

    

2. Use the search bar to search for the style you wish to copy
   
   

   Open

   

    

3. Right click on the style and select Copy Product from the menu
   
   

    

4. A new window will open with fields that need to be filled out for the new copied style.
   
   Style # - The style number must be different to the style you are copying
   Description - This is the style name
   Customer - Customer is the one purchasing the product
   Supplier - Supplier is the one supplying the product to the customer
   Line - Choose if you want the copies to be in the current line or a different line
   Make Many Copies - If you want to make more than one copy you will need to tick the checkbox and enter the quantity you require
   Copy All - Will auto tick all style information boxes below it OR you can manually tick what parts of the style you want to be copied
   
   

    

5. Once you have completed all necessary fields you can select the Copy button
   
   

    

6. Once your style has been successfully copied a pop up will appear. Shown below.
   
   

    

7. To check that your copy was successful, go to the line you added the copied style to and the style should appear there.
