Unlock item on SO

First go to SALES module

Search on the SO that you want to unlock the item with, if you know the SO# enter it on the SO field and click SEARCH

Once you have open the SO, right click on the style that you want to unlock and choose UNLOCK PO

once you have click the UNLOCK PO a pop up will show > click YES so you can update the SO QTY

Edit the SO QTY with your desired pcs and click SAVE PO QTY beside the view inventory button

Once you click SAVE PO QTY, the edited SO QTY will flow on the PO assigned to that SO
