Creating a Stock Sales Order

Steps to walk you through how to create a manual stock sales order:
Click one of the arrows on the centre bar and choose Sales
2. Click STOCK ORDER
3. Type in the first few letters of the customer name and hit enter on your keyboard once done to see a selection of all your customers. You will also need to ensure you are selecting the warehouse where the stock is located.
4. Open product search on the left hand side and drag your products onto the sales order.
Once you drag the style to the Stock Order you will notice that you can see the inventory quantities in blue. If there are no sizes available the box will appear greyed out.
Enter the units and then click GENERATE SO
Once the order is generated the order is allocated automatically
7. Click SHOW ME THE SO PDF and the below pdf will appear. You’re good to go and dispatch your order.
