POS Discount in Bulk Pricing Screen
POS DISCOUNT MODULE
This screen lets you set a discount on a range of products in indigo8 POS. this screen is accessible from Product search screen under BULK PRICING
Turn ON/OFF POS discount switch will set the whole module to be ON or OFF. It should remain ticked if you want to use this module
You can have multiple discount campaigns with different rules or for specific stores or trading entities.
To set up new discount campaign:
Click Add new
Type in your Discount Name
Select your trading entity
Select your discount type and hit SAVE
After saving, the POS stores and discount details would appear.
Select the relevant stores where the discount will be applied. *you can select All if all stores will be applied.
Select Start and End date and time. Promotion will only be active during this time frame.
Type in discount percentage and select discount off base on RRP or Sale price. Individual style discounts can be edited after styles are added.
Discount tag is by default following the discount campaign title, but this can be edited manually in the text field. This will appear in the POS against the style when sale is active.
Search and select the styles in the product search screen then GET ITEMS to apply in the discount campaign.
Note: new discount will be automatically marked as ACTIVE after creation. This can be turned off if the campaign is not active.
You can display available stock by clicking on the LOAD AVAILABLE STOCK button to view available stock on the selected POS store.
Conflicting numbers means that there are other discount campaign that contains the same style. Lowest final sale price will be displayed in POS if there are multiple active promotion for one style
Discount type explanation.
%percentage discount. Taking off percentage of the RRP/ Sale Price
$ Fixed. Taking off fixed amount of the RRP/ Sale Price
Bundle. Set a special price base on the Bundle purchasing.
Buy 2 or more get special price: Set Category to be 2 and Set all Styles to be Category A
Buy a combination of categories to get special price. Set multiple category, i.e A and B, then set the styles in those categories accordingly. Sale will only be active if both A and B is in the POS screen.
You are able to remove styles from discount campaign by clicking on the trashcan icon, or by selecting the styles and click remove selected button.
You are able to create a list based on the styles that is currently in the campaign.
