How to Import the Sales Excel Order Form

Before beginning to import, ensure your file is XLS format not XLSX. 

  1. Go into the Sales Module

2. Select the Bulk Import button located on the bottom left of the Sales screen

 

3. Click Add Excel File and locate your file.

 

3. Once your file has appeared on the left you will need to click on it so that you can then fill in the relevant fields.

  • Begin typing your customer name into the Customer field and select it from the drop down

  • Ensure the correct Trading Entity is selected for your customer

  • If your sales order form includes 2 drops then you will need to specify which shipment is 1 and 2 in the drop down and then select the dates for each drop

  • You can enter all other appropriate fields where required such as ATTENTION, TERMS, AGENT etc. 

4. Oncee all information is complete select IMPORT located in the bottom right corner

5. Once the excel Sales Order Form has beeen successfully imported a pop up will appear to notify you.

  • If you would like to continue uploading another customer’s order then press NEXT and you can complete the above process.

  • If you are finished with uploading orders then you can select CLOSE

6. Another pop up will appear asking if you would like to save a PDF copy of you Sales Order and you can select YES or NO. When selecting YES it will save your PDF copy with the new Sales Order Number at the front of the file name so that you can easily search for it in the Sales module.
