Exporting Styles to JOOR

Steps to guide you through:

  1. On the black bar please select Agent Connect

  2. Select Joor on the top header

  3. Select your collection that you want to export for example TEST COLLECTION

    All the relevant styles will appear here which you can export

  4.  Select the CATEGORY on the far right. 

We have a COPY and PASTE per category so you can easily enter this per style. 

5. Enter the linesheet name here

 

EXPORT STYLES TO JOOR

  1. Select the products on the left hand side & click EXPORT STYLES TO JOOR

2. Select PROCEED

 

The below message will appear to say it was exported

3. Log into JOOR and check that your linesheet exported. Select LINESHEETS 

Your relevant linesheet will appear automatically 

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING IMAGES 

You have 2 options:

  1. You can drag your images into the system and export them directly into JOOR.
    In product search you should be able to see the web images tab in which you can drag all your images in the boxes below. 

  2. OR you can import the images in JOOR directly using. Please contact Joor regarding this.

    Joor requires specific image sizes and dimensions to export from Indigo8. We can pull them directly from your website images according to the below:
    Product images should be 660x900 pixels or a larger multiple of this ratio like 1320x1800.

  • JPEG (.jpeg/.jpg)

  • PNG (.png)

If the item is red please hover over the style name to see the cause. As per below the style has no barcodes. A few reasons could occur:
- No barcodes applied

- No wholesale prices entered
