How to edit a Credit Note

Steps to follow how to edit the unit price on an item:

  1. Locate the original return and click + to open it up.

2. Click the CREDIT NOTE tab

3. Change the unit price as per below (to the price you need it to be)

4. Click SAVE and then click RE-GENERATE CREDIT

The new price should update for you.
