Ability to search multiple lines/collections

Also have the ability to search items which are NO LINE. If you accidentally removed a style from its collection you can quickly find it.

If you need to run a style report for multiple lines it's very easy to do so.

Creating Return Screen

We have the ability to create returns based on packs. If you drag a packed style across to the RA we automatically populate the packed ratio according to the RA quantity.

If you click on the size range name it will automatically change the units into single loose units.

You can have an RA that is both loose units and packed units.

Product Search > Inventory

To allow you to see the loose units of a packed style. This will only appear if a style is tagged as pack.

The calculation is (Pack Quantity X Number of Units in a Pack) + Loose Units

For Example, for Red there are 4 packs and 5 units in a pack. This gives us 20. There are 4 loose units which gives you a total of 24.

Warehouse > Inventory Report > By Division Filter

Each line/collection in the system has a brand/division assigned to it. The above filter will automatically filter the line selection instead of doing it manually.

Warehouse > Web Pick n Pack

Turbo Select - We have introduced the ability to fast search and fast assign orders on the desktop and will be rolling this out to the iPad.

The filters used are customisable and may be self maintained.

To reduce the time spent searching and to optimize your order allocation flow.

Warehouse > Unverified deliveries > Pre-order

To hold pre-orders back from shipping until the launch date of the product.

When receiving pre-order stock and releasing orders the ability to place them on hold has been added.

The hold status can then be removed in bulk.

Addition of functionality to: 

• Ability to import inventory file from bin contents & packed

• Create a stock take record and log to reflect that the imported inventory formed part of a stock take.

Introduction of QC check function.

When the setting is enabled purchase orders can not be arrived into the warehouse until flagged as QC checked.

Shopify tags on I8 orders

Pull through the Shopify order tags in into I8

Note: Tags that are added to orders at the time of Shopify order creation will be added to the I8 order. If tags are added to Shopify orders by a script or custom code after the order is created, they won’t flow into i8

They will appear here on the Sales order settings on the I8 order. Each tag will be comma separated.

The field can be exported on the SALES EXPORTER

You can also include it on a filtered order search on the ADVANCED SEARCH

Product Search > Style Importer

Importing multiple prices when creating products

Conveniently being able to import prices at the same time as products are being created. Previously you could only import 1 price on the initial import and then “update prices” as a second step. This means now you can miss the second step and ensure all price data is imported in one go! 🎉🎉

Products > Barcodes

Certain template sizes allow long style names to continue to a second line on a barcode

Instead of the style name being cut off when printing a barcode, it will now flow to the second line if there’s room

Sales > Advanced Search

Added 3 SO custom fields on the SO advanced search

If you have a Joor integration we can import the linesheet code. 

To enable you to tag a sales order in the way that you need and to be able to search/look up those orders conveniently so you can run sales reports.  Best used if you repeat core styles and need to know what season they were purchased in.

Ability to add web specific titles

• Click into the product description on the web product

• Edit the title

• Hit enter to close the edit field and save

• Add the style to the website updater and the web titles can be viewed here

• It exports to the product title in Shopify

The web product titles can also be imported using the ‘Description’ field on the ‘Update Web Product Data’ setting

This change supports Same day shipping from retail locations while working in conjunction with I8 order routing.

 Requires a meeting and onboarding/imp for your project and Indigo8 will configure the settings

Return Go Integration

• Item Validation in ReturnGo portal

• There will now be a note on the Return Go portal to indicate how many items were returned

• The line items will also be validated

• Note: The Restock event defaults to ‘no’ as the restocking will be prompted from the I8 inventory integration when the item is receipted into the warehouse.

Communicate within the Return Go portal items that have been returned and processed by the warehouse

Shopify GV Integration

Previously if a recipient with an email address was assigned to the sale on POS GV sales, Shopify automatically sent them an email with the Shopify GV number.
The Shopify GV will no longer have a recipient assigned. Credit notes will still have an assigned customer in Shopify and continue to be notified by email.

The change stops the recipient being notified of a GV before they are given the physical version.
