3. A new screen will appear:
Enter the warehouse
You can enter your dates in if you want to show a specific time dram
Search the style code & hit enter on your keyboard and should populate a drop down
Select your colour
Select your size
Click Search

4. There are multiple search fields at the top of the Tracker:

Style Number - Searching by style number allows you to see all stock movements made. You can then filter your search even more by populating the below search fields.
Colour - If your style has multiple colours but you are only investigating a particular colour, then you can select it from the drop down once you have typed in your style number and selected it.
Size Range - To narrow your style search further you can search for size range also
Warehouse - Searching the warehouse allows you to narrow your search to a specific warehouse
To and From Dates - Entering dates allows you to search a specific time frame only
4. Below shows what the Tracker looks like when searching for style number only. It can be overwhelming at first due to the stock movements being listed for all warehouses, dates, sizes and all colours in that particular style.

5. There are a number of columns on the Tracker. In order to successfully read the tracker you need to understand what each column is. See below for an explanation of each column.
Style - This the style number
Colour - This is the colour of the style
When - This is the date and time of when the particular stock movement has occurred

Action - This shows what screen the stock movement has been made from and includes any SO, PO or Invoice numbers related to that movement. Some examples are:
Arriving a PO
Manually adding or adjusting stock in the warehouse
Invoice - When an invoice is created and stock is deducted
Void Invoice - When an invoice is voided you are given two options a.) to return stock to inventory or b.) leave stock as is. This will be noted on the movement.

Sizes - This shows a breakdown of the style’s size range by showing each size in that range

Before Change - This is the style's stock quantity before the action took place. The quantities of each size is shown in the same order as the size’s are listed in the 'Sizes' column.

After Change - This is the style’s stock quantity after the action took place. The quantities of each size is shown in the same order as the size’s are listed in the 'Sizes' column.

Variance - This shows the difference in stock levels after this action has taken place.
A negative number indicates stock has been reduced
If stock is increased it will just show the number

Total Pcs - This shows the total that stock was increased or reduced from the action taken

Actual Price Sold - Typically indicates the price in which an item was invoices at and should appear on invoiced transactions
Changed By - Indicates the user name completing the action
Screen - Tells you which screen the action was completed on
Reason for Change - When transferring or adjusting stock you may want to record the reason why this change is being made so that appears on the tracker
