Step-by-step guide

These settings determine which events will open the Cash Drawer. If the box is ticked then the drawer will open

 

There is a the COM (Communications) Port that the Cash Drawer is connected to the computer by

 

 

Once this is complete you need to go to the Printer setting and click 'Printing Preferences'

Then select 'Cash Drawer' in Perpherals and click 'Operation Check' to see if the cash drawer opens properly.
