How To Search For A Sale

  1. From the home screen click Search Sale and enter your pin

     

  2. Once on the Search Sale screen it will take you to the sale page with a pop up window. You can do a manual search on any of the below criteria:

    - Receipt Number
    - Tracking Number
    - First Name
    - Last Name
    - Invoice date range
    - You can also search per store by selecting the store from the drop down

     

  3. If you are searching for a sale that was processed on the same day or week then you can use one of the quick search options

    - Last 5: This will bring up the last 5 sales processed
    - Today: This will bring up all sales for that day
    - This Week: This will bring up all sales for the week

     

  4. You will also have the option to toggle between POS Orders and Web Orders by ticking and unticking the boxes
