Printing Barcodes onto Stickers

If you would like to print your barcodes onto stickers read the following article. Note that you must have already created the barcodes in the settings screen AND  assigned barcodes to the individual styles


Step-by-step guide

1. Click the arrow and select Product Search


2. Select the styles for which you want to print barcodes by clicking on each style. The style will then be highlighted in blue at the bottom as per the below screenshot. You can also 'Select All'.


3. Click Reports in the bottom left hand corner 


4. Select Barcode, then Barcode Generator


5. Select the trading entity that you want the prices to appear on the sticker. Click Refresh once done. This will enable the RRP's to be pulled through. 

Now enter the quantity of barcodes you wish to print per SKU (each size and color for the style). You also have the option to click on C2A (Copy to All) which will load the first number you entered in, and load it into the remaining cells below

Click Print Barcode


6. A new window will open. This is where you will create the layout of your barcode. 

Choose an Existing Template: Select from the options in the dropdown list. The size of the barcode will then appear as a white box in the middle of the screen

Create New Template: Alternatively you can create a new temple. Enter in the name of your Template

Sticker Size: Then select your sticker size from the dropdown list for your new template. Save Template


Next, you will need to enter the parameters you want to appear on your barcode sticker. To do this, click into the white box and type in the parameters.  and position them how you would like them to appear. Example below. 


Finally, click the Print button

A PDF will be generated, Save the file and print. 


Important

Make sure you select 'actual size' to ensure your barcodes fit on the sticker paper correctly
