Stocktake Update
Updating the stocks using the excel file is easy.
Step-by-step
Go to Warehouse module
Click the burger menu and select Report.
Import inventory to access the function
Please make sure your file is ready and in csv format.
Steps to get the inventory in:
Select your warehouse
Load your CSV file. it only takes CSV files
Select your import option
Option 1 : is to remove COMPLETELY and overwrite with the quantities in your file,
Option 2 : is to ADD stock for the GS1 in your file only, (negative qty will remove stock)
Option 3 : will be like a Cycle count for the STYLE in the file
Option 4 : Cycle count for the selected GS1.
press Load file
Press print variance - variance report will be downloaded. You would need to review this file before you import the stock take file.
This is a good file to keep incase you want to roll back to the previous stock figure
