PR/Influencer Orders
Go to the Sales Module
Select Create new STOCK ORDER if the stock is sitting in your warehouse, if the stock is on a purchase order please select INDENT ORDER
Make sure you have created a customer for your PR/Influencer orders
In the customer settings make sure you have entered the discount and selected that this is a PR customer
Select the contact for the order, who is going to be the recipient.
If you need to create a new contact simply click on the word contact.
Make sure you input the correct address under the POS & WEB tab.
Once a contact is selected and created, add the desired styles to the sales order, once this is done you can see down the bottom right that there is a 100% discount and there is no payment needed.
To be safe just verify the address of the contact by clicking SHIPPING ADDRESS at the top right
Once all the styles are on the sales order please press allocate order then generate SO. You can see that the stock is allocated when the qty turns green.
This PR order is now ready to be picked and shipped!
