Need to ensure that there is a customer # field on the financial tab before importing. If there is no field here you can’t import using this option.

If the CUSTOMER # field is not filled in your system or not the best field to use to update to, you can import by using the CUSTOMER GUID. Please follow this help doc here to guide you through.

Steps to walk you through:

  1. First step is to search your customers. Click either OPEN ADVANCED SEARCH and use the filters there that are available or hit ENTER in the search box and wait for them to come through.
