How to Merge Contacts on PC

  1. Go to the customer contacts you would like to keep. 

  2. Click the Merge Contacts under the name of Contacts information. 

  3. Click Merge Button

The Contacts you merge will be automatically set to INACTIVE.

You can also use the Advanced Search to Check Duplicate Contacts By Email Add to easily identify customers with duplicates.
