Store Replenishment Screen

The Store Replenishment screen can be utilised to review and adjust the replenishment proposal before the directive flows through to the warehouse to pick. When beginning to use the scheduled replenishment functionality, this screen provides transparency and can be used to build confidence. Long term, it is recommended that this screen is utilised periodically rather than consistently with the purpose of:

  • Adjusting Min Stock Level

  • Pushing out 1s-and-2s remaining in the warehouse

  • Adding exceptional styles to replenishment

  • Removing styles from replenishment

Top Right Filters:

  • Sales Period: the period selected will directly affect the Units Sold field, but nothing else

  • Store Group: useful to refine the stores presented if there are many

  • Line, Division, Department, Category, Subcategory: these are all used to refine styles displayed on the screen and will NOT limit the styles included in the replenishment run

  • Action:

    • Commit All must be selected to generate the sales orders that will flow on to the warehouse

    • Export to Excel: if useful to view and analyse in Excel

    • Remove Selected Styles from Replenishment: this will remove styles with checkbox ticked from being included in future replenishment proposals

Note: the Search button must be selected to trigger the filter

Top Left Style Options:

  • Add: to add a new style to the list (and mark the style for replenishment) the stylecode can be pasted into this field and the Add button pressed

  • Search: to locate a style within the proposal, paste/type a stylecode or style description and press Search

Style Fields

  • Exit Date: if the Exit Date attribute is populated against a style, the weeks between today’s date and the Exit Date will be displayed

  • ASOH WH = Available Stock on Hand in the Warehouse. This will be displayed less the sum of the units in the Replen columns

  • Web Buffer: If a Min Stock level is set for a Store/Customer with the Customer Code set to “Online”, this will be displayed here and ensure that this stock is not considered as available for Replen

Table Fields

  • Replen: this section is editable and will be included on the replenishment sales order

  • Units ASOH: units available stock on hand i.e. units in store that are not allocated or packed against another order

  • Units Sold: net units sold in the sales period specific in the filter

  • Weeks Cover: not working as of 15th June 2023

  • Min: this section is editable and will save automatically once edited

  • Units in Transit: units that are in unverified deliveries table with Transfer To = the specific store
